The K-Jack Top Hat™ line was designed with the most asked for features of East Coast Papers. Built strong with a vaulted coin box and lock protector inside of the rack, it protects the lock from snow & ice in cold weather. There is no need to clean snow off the rack while collecting money. The KJ-2000™ with their angle iron frame creates strength. The standard elevator shelf has surfaces that will not freeze. Our dry film lubricant which coats our mechanism was designed and has been proven durable for extreme East Coast weather conditions.
